They say: you can only depend on yourself.
I say: there are people who comes when unexpected.
Just as this tiring day was ending, I've had an experience I would never forget and would ever make me grateful to few people. It's not that it really is a matter of life and death, but its something that could ruin your esteem, and perhaps put you to embarrassment forever.
I will not mention the incident anymore but I assure you that its something hilarious, embarrassing, and pretty disgusting. What I'm grateful about is my godparent. When we were young, we were baptized under the Sacrament of Baptism and our parents had to choose people to be their child's godparents. These people are intended to take care of the child when the parents have no relatives to do it for them, or if the parents are gone for quite a time. IN short, they act like our second parents. And as for me, I have proven to myself that this particular godmother of mine would really make a good second parent. She helped me through my experience, and she tried to cheer me up. I admit, I was like a child of 5 years who got lost in a big city and had no idea what to do. She was there, the godmother who cheered me up, and who lightened up what I was feeling.
I was not actually expecting her to be there since I haven't seen her for a long time, and yet, she was very eager to help me sort myself out and ease things up. I'm very much grateful to her for all those things.
Special people do come to your rescue when you least expect them the most.
ay, ay!
